HISTORY, EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES
JMS Flagpoles has been manufacturing poles in the UK for more than 30 years and employ a team of experienced engineers. JMS Flagpoles was founded by husband and wife team June and Mike Shaw (hence the JMS bit of their name). Mike had spent many years in the aluminium industry and spotted the need for a UK manufacturer of poles. Aluminium was becoming the pre-eminent material as many elderly wooden poles were coming to the end of their life. As their business grew, JMS Flagpoles added glassfibre poles to the range and extended their skills into a wider family of products.
In 2003 JMS Flagpoles opened their current premises, a purpose built flagpole manufacturing facility in the heart of England that gave them space to hold considerable stocks and tackle some of the largest flagpole commissions in the country. Today JMS Flagpoles continues to lead the way in providing good old fashioned service backed up with the ability to make what their customers want, not just sell them some goods in a box.
JMS Flagpoles believes their range of poles provides a solution for all situations whether you require a temporary pole for an event or an impressive permanent pole for a prestigious building.
